Paper business cards are mostly manufactured using digital, offset, or silk-screen technologies. Small print runs are printed digitally, which is one of the fastest and cheapest methods. Most often, the cards are printed on 250–300 g/m2 white or colored, matte, glossy, or decorative paper.
Business cards are printed using laser or inkjet printers. Custom card sizes and paper selection are available. Foil stamping with gold and silver foils, lamination with glossy and "soft touch" coatings, rounding of card corners, as well as the choice of single-sided or double-sided printing are also available.
Standard business cards - made using 300 g/m2 paperboard, which features an exceptionally firm and high-quality texture. Card size: 50 x 90 mm. Printing - digital printing.
Non-standard business cards - various choices of materials and decorative paper are available. Custom card sizes are possible according to the client's needs.
- Foil stamping with gold and silver foils: this method gives the cards an exclusive appearance.
- Lamination with glossy and "soft touch" coatings: glossy lamination increases the contrast of the cover and highlights fine text and small details. "Soft touch" lamination gives the card a velvety surface.
Plastic business cards are manufactured on plastic of various thicknesses, colors, or finishes. By printing on a transparent base on both sides, unique cards can be created, where the graphic elements printed on both sides will be visible when looking at the front side.
